Q:
How do long from order to installation?
A:
A maximum of 8 weeks from final order confirmation to freighting to you is normal,
considering that personalization of cards and decals for the card reader display are
prepared to order by our suppliers.
All of our hardware is tested before packaging and shipping.
Q:
What are the installation options?
A:
If you have technically competent site staff, then we will send you a schedule of site work
that can be completed prior to installation of our equipment.
When your shipment arrives on site, we will attend on site and commence the
installation, either using our own technicians or we will train and supervise your
technicians installing.
We will train your operational staff as well as configuring your system to suit your
operation.
Naturally, we will make every effort to minimize any disruption of business during the
installation and commissioning, including working overnight if necessary.
Q:
What is the projected profit ratio improvement expected?
A:
Experience has shown that an improvement of at least 25% should be experienced, plus
savings on coin handling and associated losses.
Q:
Will I need to retrench staff?
A:
Probably not - natural attrition of staff that can no longer supplement their earnings at
your expense should take care of staff numbers. The honest and loyal will remain,
probably with improved benefits. Again, experience talking.
